Join a high-impact team supporting statewide financial operations as a Senior PeopleSoft Financials Reporting Analyst. Leverage your expertise in PeopleSoft 9.2 and Texas public sector processes to deliver accurate, accessible financial reporting and support key decision-making for over 100 agencies. - Develop, modify, and maintain complex financial reports using PeopleSoft reporting tools (Query Manager, BI Publisher, PS/Query) and SAP Business Objects
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design accessible, policy-compliant reporting solutions
- Analyze PeopleSoft FSCM data structures to ensure data accuracy, effective dating, and optimized report performance
- Support reporting needs during upgrades, patches, fiscal year-end, and legislative changes
- Ensure data security, privacy, and adherence to statewide standards and information security frameworks (NIST)
- Create and maintain report templates, documentation, data dictionaries, and test plans
- Lead UAT/regression testing cycles, validating report output and system integrity
- Provide advanced troubleshooting, Level 2 Service Desk support, and end-user training
- Collaborate with functional analysts, business owners, and Managed Services teams on cross-module and integration reporting
- Participate in SOC-1 audits, disaster recovery, and incident management processes
- Ensure digital products comply with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
- Contribute to functional design documents, configuration changes, and project-level activities across large-scale implementations
Requirements
Minimum 8 years supporting Texas public sector agencies in a PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 reporting role
- Expert knowledge of State of Texas financial policy, table entity relationships, and data integration
- Proven experience developing cross-module reports (GL, AP, PO, AM, IN, T&E, PC)
- Hands-on experience with WCAG 2.1-compliant deliverables and accessibility standards
- Demonstrated success with UAT, regression testing, and impact analysis for upgrades and patches
- Skilled in SAP Business Objects for CAPPS Complex reports
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, and ITIL methodologies for IT service management

Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities Preferred Skills
- CPA experience in fiscal year-end processes involving reorganizational changes and legislative mandates
- Customer-facing support for CAPPS expansion (Central and Hub agencies)
- Participation in large-scale, multi-agency PeopleSoft implementations
