Join a high-impact team supporting statewide financial systems as a Senior PeopleSoft FSCM Functional Consultant. Play a pivotal role in the configuration, enhancement, and support of the CAPPS Travel & Expense module and related financial applications for the State of Texas. - Act as subject matter expert for the CAPPS Travel & Expense module, ensuring optimal functionality, compliance, and user experience
- Gather and analyze business requirements for complex, multi-agency projects
- Lead functional configuration, system enhancements, and business process improvements in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
- Provide advanced production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Manage and coordinate testing efforts (functional, UAT, regression) and integrations with other modules and legacy systems
- Oversee batch job monitoring, scheduling, and performance tuning
- Ensure compliance with State of Texas policies, federal mandates, and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
- Deliver cross-training, end-user training, and executive-level presentations
- Participate in disaster recovery, fiscal year-end processes, and major incident management (MIM)
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, audit materials, and support for open records requests
- Coordinate project-level activities, enhancements, and system upgrades

Requirements
10+ years supporting PeopleSoft FSCM, with deep expertise in configuration and functional support
- Extensive hands-on experience with App Designer, Integration Broker, SQR/SQL, BI Publisher, SAP Business Objects
- Demonstrated leadership with large Texas public sector ERP implementations (30+ agencies)
- Strong track record managing CAPPS Financials, Travel & Expense, General Ledger, and Accounts Payable modules
- Advanced knowledge of security best practices (NIST, multi-tenancy) for statewide ERP systems
- Proficiency in batch job oversight, PUM, Fluid UI, Elastic Search, and support tools
- Experience delivering Tier 2 Service Desk support in coordination with managed vendors
- Proven history participating in DR exercises, fiscal year-end, audits, and SOC-1 attestation

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Preferred Skills
- Experience with General Ledger and Accounts Payable modules in PeopleSoft FSCM version 9.2
- Knowledge of ITIL principles (ITSM, ITAM) and WCAG 2.1 accessibility compliance
