Senior User Experience Analyst

Case study is required upon submittal along with Cover Sheet and resume. The team is seeking additional support to address current workload demands. The ideal candidate will be able to work cross-functionally with designers, project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, while effectively managing their own time and priorities. 7-10 years of experience in user research, Strong background in conducting research studies, usability testing, and problem-solving. Proficiency in Figma (required). Experience with JIRA and UserTesting.com (nice to have). Experience with Cursor or other AI tools highly preferred (e.g., Figma Make). EST time zone preferred. Candidate will join a team of three existing designers. Up to two rounds of interviews, Hiring manager interview, Panel interview with the current team (focused on culture fit and case study review). Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including SharePoint and MS Online.
