Application Analyst ll

Day-to-Day:

• Process improvements
• Salesforce reporting and dashboards
• Metrics creation and tracking
• Operational documentation
• Runbooks
• Process documentation
• Training materials
• Will support internal training around: o Intake/Triage processes o AI tool launches o Internal AI adoption and enablement

Skill sets:

• Salesforce
• Reports
• Dashboards
• Metrics
• Salesforce Admin/configuration experience is considered a nice-to-have, but not required.

Ideal Background: Project/program management experience, documentation management, runbook creation, and user access management; comfort managing a portfolio of concurrent initiatives and reporting status to senior stakeholders., * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, IT, or related field

• 5+ years in a Business Analysis role leading project and process management
• 3+ years in program/project management, ideally in a SaaS or platform operations environment
• Familiarity with Salesforce tool and creating Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Excellent written communication for weekly digest/status reporting to leadership
• Slack platform tools a strong plus(AI)
