• Candidates must be comfortable working directly with plant operations, engineering, and maintenance teams, A leading manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to support operational reporting, manufacturing analytics, and reliability initiatives at its Mansfield, Ohio facility. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise Power BI dashboards that provide real-time visibility into manufacturing operations, quality, productivity, maintenance, financial performance, and plant reliability.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience building Power BI solutions within manufacturing environments and integrating data from SAP and other enterprise systems to replace manual reporting processes with automated, actionable dashboards. Required:
