Job description
- Engage with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Lead workshops, training sessions, and user adoption programs.
- Integrate Salesforce with other business systems and applications.
- Ensure Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance are followed.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and quality assurance.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends.
Requirements
- 3+ years as a Salesforce Consultant, Administrator, or similar role.
- Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Consultant certifications required; Platform App Builder or other certifications are a plus.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related products.
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is highly desirable.
- Ability to work on-site in Brussels with occasional client visits.
