Job description
Support the development of a new global service process template based on the SAP S/4 platform Perform requirements analysis, concept development, and implementation of global service and sales processes in IT applications Advise and train business functions on the optimal use of SAP S4 Service and the Salesforce Field Service Management system (FSM) Coordinate and manage external consultants Create and maintain process documentation and end-user guides Integrate the FSM solution with relevant systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow and effective process automation Execute system testing, resolve issues, and support troubleshooting activities related to FSM implementations
Quality System Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of work by maintaining compliance with all applicable quality requirements Support adherence to defined procedures for identifying training needs and ensure appropriate training documentation is maintained Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with relevant regulatory and internal quality standards
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT application consulting within the customer service and/or field service domain Experience integrating mobile service applications into SAP ERP environments Experience with Salesforce Field Service Management (FSM), or willingness to quickly acquire the required skills
Knowledge / Skills
Strong understanding of service and sales processes, with an end-to-end view of the supply chain In-depth knowledge of SAP CS and/or SD modules (customizing experience, ideally with programming knowledge) Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to advise stakeholders and deliver training sessions Experience working in international projects

Additional Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, combined with solid proficiency in German Willingness to travel internationally
