Job description

With 3 major M&As taking place this year, they are actively seeking an Inhouse SAP FSM Consultant to join their growing team. You will support large-scale S/4HANA integration projects and help with their continued growth and success.

Tasks

Act as the SAP FSM subject matter expert.
Design, configure and optimise SAP FSM solutions.
Gather and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
Lead and support SAP FSM implementations, rollouts and enhancements.
Manage the full project lifecycle, from design through to testing, deployment and support.
Support integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SAP Service Cloud and third-party systems.
Provide 2nd and 3rd line support and drive continuous improvement.
Deliver user training, documentation and best practice guidance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams and implementation partners.

Requirements

Strong experience implementing and configuring SAP Field Service Management.
Experience integrating SAP FSM with SAP ERP, S/4HANA, SAP Service Cloud or SAP BTP.
Understanding of field service processes, scheduling and mobile workforce management.
Technical knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, APIs or SAP Integration Suite is beneficial.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience across the full project lifecycle.
SAP FSM certification is an advantage.
Fluent English; additional European languages are beneficial.
