Tool & Platform Management
- Manage and evolve the approved AI tool set (Ambersearch, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Sally.ai)
- Operate and maintain the central AI orchestration platform
- Evaluate new AI applications as part of the AI Innovation Request process
- Manage licences, contracts and SLAs with AI software vendors

Ensure technical integration of AI tools into the existing IT landscape

Governance & Special Cases
- Maintain the approval process for AI applications outside the standard tool set
- Support operational units in preparing AI Innovation Requests
- Conduct risk assessments for new AI tools with Data Protection & Compliance

Document all deployed AI applications and their usage policies

Enablement & Support
- Serve as the primary 2nd-level contact for AI tool questions across the organisation
- Collaborate with AI Coaches / Prompt Engineers to build user competency
- Create and maintain usage guides, FAQs and best practices
- Coordinate with the Global Service Desk on tool-specific support requests
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Digital Management or comparable
- Experience managing SaaS applications or digital platforms
- Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Copilot Studio, Power Platform)
- Basic understanding of AI technologies, large language models and automation approaches
- Structured, solution-oriented working style
- Strong sense of responsibility when handling sensitive company data
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in English an German
- Enthusiasm for guiding employees in the adoption of new technologies
