Junior Mac & PC Repair Technician

We’re looking for someone with some hands-on technical aptitude to join us and develop into a skilled repair technician. Full training will be provided, but you should already be comfortable working with your hands on delicate tasks and have a genuine interest in electronics or computer hardware.

What you’ll be doing:

• Repairing and refurbishing MacBook LCD screens - cleaning panels, reassembly, and repair work
• General MacBook and PC repair (board-level diagnostics, component replacement, general troubleshooting)
• PC and laptop repairs across both hardware (component-level diagnostics, part replacement, upgrades) and software (OS installs, troubleshooting, virus removal, data recovery support)
• Photographing parts and finished items for listing on our website and eBay
• Creating and maintaining product listings (descriptions, condition grading, pricing support)
• Occasional packing and preparing items for dispatch

• Some prior experience with electronics, computer repair, or similarly precise hands-on work (e.g. phone repair, model building, hobbyist tinkering) is useful
• Comfortable with both hardware repair and basic software troubleshooting (Windows/macOS)
• Good attention to detail and patience - screen and board work requires precision
• Comfortable using a computer/smartphone for photography and basic listing work
• Reliable, punctual, and keen to develop your skills further
• Any prior experience with Apple/PC hardware specifically, photography, or eBay selling is a strong bonus
