Product Owner - Artificial Intelligence

Roles & Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and own the product roadmap for AI-driven supply chain solutions

• Identify high-value use cases (demand forecasting, inventory optimization, predictive logistics, supplier risk, etc.)

• Align product strategy with business KPIs such as cost reduction, service levels, and operational efficiency

AI Product Development

• Translate business problems into AI/ML product requirements and features

• Work with data science and engineering teams to build scalable AI solutions

• Drive end-to-end lifecycle: ideation MVP scale

• Define KPIs and success metrics for AI models and products

Supply Chain Domain Leadership

• Apply domain expertise across supply chain areas:

o Demand & supply planning o Inventory management o Warehouse & logistics optimization o Order fulfillment & last-mile delivery

• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams

Agile Product Ownership

• Manage product backlog, user stories, and prioritization

• Lead sprint planning, reviews, and releases

• Ensure continuous delivery aligned to business priorities

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

• Collaborate with senior business stakeholders across operations and supply chain

• Support client conversations, workshops, and solution demos

• Translate complex AI concepts into business-friendly outcomes

Data & Analytics Governance

• Ensure high-quality data pipelines and AI model governance

• Define processes for monitoring model performance and continuous improvement

• Drive responsible AI practices (fairness, explainability, compliance)

Do you have experience in Technical product management within tech?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * 8-12 years of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership / Consulting

• Strong experience in Supply Chain domain (mandatory)

• Proven experience delivering AI/ML or data-driven products

Core Skills

• Product Management (roadmaps, backlog, prioritization, stakeholder mgmt.)

• AI/ML understanding (predictive models, optimization, GenAI exposure)

• Supply Chain processes and systems (ERP, planning tools, logistics platforms)

• Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)

Technical Understanding

• Familiarity with:

o Data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) o AI/ML lifecycle, model deployment, and monitoring o APIs, microservices, and enterprise system integrations Communication

• Strong storytelling and executive presentation skills

• Ability to engage both business and technical audiences

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Exposure to Digital Twins / Intelligent Supply Chains / Autonomous Planning

• Experience with GenAI use cases in supply chain, Qualifications : BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
