Job description

  • Diagnostiquer les pannes matérielles et logicielles sur PC, laptops et périphériques
  • Réaliser les réparations, montages et configurations sur mesure
  • Assurer le SAV et le suivi technique des dossiers clients
  • Assembler et tester les configurations sur-mesure (PC gamer, workstations…)
  • Participer à la bonne tenue de l’atelier et à la gestion des pièces détachées
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe de vente pour orienter les clients vers la bonne solution

Requirements

  • Tu as une vraie expertise technique en informatique (hardware et software)
  • Tu es rigoureux(se), méthodique et tu aimes résoudre des problèmes concrets
  • Tu as le sens du service client, même dans les moments techniques
  • Une première expérience en SAV, montage ou maintenance informatique est un plus
