Job description
- The CIAM Analyst will support customer identity and access management initiatives by gathering business requirements, analyzing application onboarding needs, documenting identity flows, and coordinating CIAM implementations across business and technology teams. The role will act as a bridge between application owners, security teams, architects, and engineering teams to ensure successful onboarding of customer-facing applications onto CIAM platforms such as Ping Identity and Strivacity., * Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for CIAM onboarding initiatives.
- Conduct application assessments to identify authentication, authorization, registration, profile management, and federation requirements.
- Create process flows, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Support onboarding of web, mobile, API, and partner applications onto CIAM platforms.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, security teams, and application owners throughout project delivery.
- Assist in testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production readiness activities.
- Track onboarding progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.

Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, IAM Analyst, or CIAM Analyst.
- Understanding of CIAM concepts including SSO, MFA, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, and customer registration journeys.
- Experience creating business requirements, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Ping Identity, Strivacity, Okta, Auth0, or ForgeRock.
- Knowledge of customer onboarding, identity verification, consent management, and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Telecom, or Retail industries
