Job description

  • API & Journey Development: Design and develop customer authentication/registration journeys, custom event hooks, REST APIs, and profile management workflows.
  • Platform Configuration: Configure, maintain, and support CIAM solutions using Ping Identity and/or Strivacity platforms.
  • Application Onboarding: Onboard web, mobile, and API-based applications to enterprise CIAM services.
  • Protocol & Security Implementation: Implement Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML integrations.
  • Lifecycle Management: Build and maintain customer onboarding flows, login mechanisms, password management, and user profile lifecycle journeys.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Resolve complex authentication, authorization, federation, and access-related operational issues.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with application teams, security engineers, and identity architects to deliver robust, secure identity solutions.
  • Platform Operations: Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing operational maintenance.
  • Documentation & Standards: Create comprehensive technical documentation, application onboarding guides, and identity integration standards.

Requirements

  • IAM/CIAM Experience: 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management / Customer IAM.
  • Platform Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with Ping Identity and/or Strivacity platforms.
  • Standards & Protocols: Strong practical knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWT, and SCIM.
  • API Integration: Hands-on experience integrating applications using REST APIs and core identity protocols.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical, diagnostic, and technical troubleshooting skills., * Certifications: Ping Identity certifications (e.g., PingFederate, PingOne, PingAccess).
  • Identity Lifecycle: In-depth experience with customer identity lifecycle management and adaptive/risk-based authentication.
  • Domain Knowledge: Prior experience in the Banking and Financial Services sector.
