Internet Sales Consultant- McGee Mazda, Claremont, NH

Are you passionate about customer service, technology, and the automotive industry? We’re looking for a motivated Internet Sales Consultant to join our Mazda dealership. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for online customers, helping them find the right vehicle while delivering an outstanding buying experience.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to internet, phone, text, and email inquiries.

Build relationships with prospective customers and schedule showroom appointments.

Follow up with leads using the dealership’s CRM system.

Present Mazda vehicle features, pricing, financing, and promotions.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities.

Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Previous automotive sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable using computers, CRM software, email, and digital communication tools.

Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule as needed.
