Shipping & Receiving Coordinator (SAP/Excel)

We’re hiring a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support warehouse logistics and inventory operations for a leading manufacturing company. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in shipping/receiving, SAP, inventory reconciliation, warehouse operations, and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process shipping and receiving transactions
• Reconcile inbound, outbound, and inventory records
• Monitor shipments and resolve order discrepancies
• Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers
• Create and modify deliveries in SAP
• Track EDI communications and resolve errors
• Support customer service with shipment status updates
• Generate reports using Excel (VLOOKUP, formulas, Pivot Tables preferred)
• Create purchase orders in Ariba
• Support inventory management and warehouse reporting
• Assist with rush orders and shipping schedules

• Experience in warehouse shipping and receiving
• SAP experience preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP experience
• 3PL or logistics experience
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution
• Ariba experience is a plus
