Sr. Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant

We are looking for an Oracle HCM Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant with strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll. The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and support of Oracle Payroll modules., * Gather and analyze business requirements related to Payroll.

• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, elements, balances, fast formulas, and payroll processes.
• Work with HR, Finance, and IT teams to implement payroll solutions.
• Support Payroll integrations with other systems.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, and Payroll parallel runs.
• Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide functional support.
• Prepare functional documents and training materials.
• Support production payroll and post-go-live activities.

• 15+ years of Oracle HCM experience.
• Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
• Experience in Payroll configuration, Fast Formulas, Elements, and Balances.
• Experience in implementation or support projects.
• Good understanding of HR and Payroll business processes.
• Experience with integrations and data migration is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
• Experience with Core HR, Benefits, Time & Labor.
• Good communication and client-facing skills.
