Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Software Engineer that serves as a technical resource responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions that improve operational efficiency and support organizational modernization initiatives. This position works closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to evaluate business processes, identify automation opportunities, and develop scalable automation solutions aligned with mission objectives and customer requirements. The individual will support automation strategy efforts while ensuring adherence to industry best practices, governance standards, and secure deployment methodologies., * Lead the analysis of business processes to identify automation opportunities.

  • Design and document Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
  • Ensure best practices are followed in RPA development and deployment.
  • Provide technical guidance on the implementation of RPA solutions.
  • Support business transition services by improving operational efficiency through automation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS), with a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience, OR
  • Master’s degree (MA/MS), with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience, OR
  • Relevant technical certification (e.g., UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer) and a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience may be substituted for a formal degree.
  • Relevant experience includes business process automation, requirements analysis, and RPA solution design.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in support of federal government agencies. Experience with the USCG or DHS is preferred.
  • UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification required., * Bachelor’s (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) (Required)
