Job description

As the Digital Systems Manager, you will play a key role in shaping business processes, supporting digital initiatives, and driving revenue-generating strategies. This position offers the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility, collaborate closely with organizational leadership, and develop into future leadership roles as the organization continues to evolve., * Partner with leadership to develop and enhance business systems, e-commerce platforms, and marketplace solutions that support organizational growth.

  • Gather input from customers and stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into effective system and process improvements.
  • Lead cross-functional projects by collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver successful technology and business initiatives.
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and ongoing optimization of e-commerce and sales platforms to improve customer experience and drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze business performance, customer engagement, and operational data to identify trends, measure success, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand marketplace participation, increase sales activity, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and recommend continuous improvements to maximize business performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule, aligned with business objectives, and positioned for long-term success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1+ years of experience supporting business operations, e-commerce, digital products, sales, customer experience, or related business functions.
  • Experience working with business applications such as CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, marketplace solutions, or similar technologies.
  • Ability to manage projects, coordinate multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business recommendations.
  • Experience gathering business requirements, improving processes, and supporting technology or system implementation initiatives.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to exercise sound judgment while managing responsibilities independently.
  • Experience with product management, business systems, software implementation, or process improvement is preferred.
  • Experience supporting or growing revenue-generating products, programs, or services is a plus.
  • Familiarity with membership organizations, nonprofit associations, retail, online marketplaces, collectibles, or similar industries is helpful but not required.
  • Knowledge of change management principles or continuous process improvement methodologies is desired.
