Infrastructure Manager

NX Lifestyle Logistics USA Inc. seeks an experienced Infrastructure Manager. This role will oversee core infrastructure across on-premises and cloud platforms, ensuring reliable service delivery, resilient systems, and strong operational controls. The ideal candidate brings a hands-on leadership style, a strong background in infrastructure administration, and the ability to strengthen technical processes while partnering effectively with internal stakeholders and external providers., · Lead and develop a cross-functional infrastructure team spanning systems, networking, and cloud MS Azure engineering across all Company locations

· Establish clear ownership, accountability, and performance expectations while fostering a culture of continuous improvement

· Act as the primary escalation point for complex infrastructure issues and critical incidents

· Assist in defining and executing infrastructure strategy, including multi-year roadmaps

· Manage cloud MS Azure environments, including governance, cost optimization, and secure connectivity

· Manage server environments, identity management systems, and virtualization platforms, ensuring performance and reliability

· Provide guidance on network architecture, including routing, segmentation, firewalls, WAN design, and remote connectivity solutions- all with Fortinet technologies.

· Implement and maintain enterprise storage, backup, and disaster recovery strategies, including RTO/RPO accountability and testing

· Lead infrastructure integration efforts for acquisitions, including discovery, migration planning, and system alignment

· Partner to ensure timely delivery of infrastructure initiatives

· Maintain accurate documentation, system diagrams, and operational runbooks

· Drive reporting on infrastructure performance, uptime, capacity, and cost metrics

· Support compliance and audit requirements by ensuring proper controls, documentation, and governance practices

· Track all hardware, telecom, and networking components; maintain inventory and oversee procurement.

· Experience in optimizing enterprise network connectivity and managing global internet service providers (ISPs).

· Expertise in provisioning, configuring, and maintaining enterprise-grade barcode scanners and industrial barcode printers

· 5+ years of progressive IT management and infrastructure experience

· Logistics or warehousing background preferred.

· BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred

· Strong background in:

o Network administration and infrastructure management

o Systems administration and IT operations

o IT troubleshooting and technical support

· Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure in both on-premise and cloud environments required

· Ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining hands-on technically

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization

· Proven ability to partner with business leaders and translate operational needs into technology solutions

· Prior experience leading or supporting help desk functions preferred

· Familiarity with cybersecurity and IT best practices preferred, * IT infrastructure: 5 years (Required)
