Software Engineer

• Build and maintain applications under the direction of senior analysts.
• Provide end-user support for deployed tools.
• Assist in testing of applications and automations.
• Create technical documentation to support knowledge management efforts.

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS), with a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience, OR
• Master’s degree (MA/MS), with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience, OR
• Relevant technical certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate) and a minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience may be substituted for a formal degree.
• Relevant experience includes application development, user support, or business process analysis.
• One (1) year of experience in a DoD or DHS environment is highly desirable.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate (PL-100) certification required., * Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• DHS: 3 years (Preferred)
• Application development: 1 year (Required)
• user support: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Power Platform App Maker Associate (PL-100) (Required)
