Job description

Role Description As a Full-stack Developer at FieldCoachAI, you will work as a contract contributor on a fully remote team, designing, building, and maintaining web applications across the front end and back end. You will develop responsive user interfaces, implement APIs and server-side logic, and integrate data sources to support AI-driven workflows. You will participate in technical discussions, contribute to architectural decisions, and help improve development workflows and documentation. This role is suited for someone comfortable working collaboratively, managing their time, and delivering features in an agile, fast-moving environment. If you want to be part of a groundbreaking app/software for sports, this is your chance.

Requirements

Strong Front-End Development skills, including building responsive interfaces and styling using Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).

Solid Back-End Web Development experience, including designing APIs, handling data persistence, and implementing business logic.

Proficiency with modern web frameworks, version control (e.g., Git), and collaborative development practices.

Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, with strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Comfort working in a remote, contract-based environment with clear communication and dependable time management.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is preferred but not required.

Experience with PHP, cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, or AI/ML-integrated applications is a plus.
