Job description
As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll work directly with company leadership to design, build, and improve the technology that powers our operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain modern web applications and internal business tools.
- Develop frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Design backend services, APIs, and automation workflows.
- Integrate third-party platforms including Twilio, Stripe, scheduling systems, and AI services.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Debug production issues and implement scalable solutions.
- Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making.
- Work collaboratively with a small, agile team where priorities move quickly.
Requirements
We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer who enjoys building products from the ground up, solving real-world problems, and working in a fast-paced startup environment.
If you’re someone who loves shipping code, takes ownership of your work, and wants to have a direct impact on a growing company, we’d love to meet you., * 3-5 years of hands-on software development experience (professional, freelance, startup, or significant personal projects).
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with at least one backend language such as Node.js or Python.
- Experience working with REST APIs.
- Familiarity with MongoDB or similar document databases.
- Experience using Git and modern version control workflows.
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to quickly understand and improve existing codebases.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical decisions clearly.
Required
- A GitHub profile or portfolio showcasing projects you’ve built.
- The ability to discuss your code, architecture decisions, and development process during technical interviews.
- Comfortable using AI coding tools to improve productivity while maintaining complete ownership and understanding of every line of code you ship., Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- React or other modern frontend frameworks.
- Node.js or similar backend technologies.
- Third-party AI integrations.
- Twilio Voice, SMS, or messaging APIs.
- Automation platforms and webhook development.
- Healthcare, home care, or other regulated industries.
