Job description

The IT Director at STATE OF THE ART HEALING LLC will lead the strategic planning, implementation, and management of all technology initiatives within the organization. This role is crucial in ensuring that the IT infrastructure supports the company’s mission of providing state-of-the-art healing services. The IT Director will oversee the development of innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency, improve patient care, and maintain data security., * Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with the company’s business goals and objectives.
Manage the IT department, including hiring, training, and supervising staff to ensure high performance and professional development.
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s IT systems and infrastructure.
Ensure the security and integrity of data, implementing best practices for data protection and compliance with relevant regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and high-quality IT services.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions that improve the organization’s technological capabilities.
Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective operations.
Lead efforts in system upgrades, migrations, and implementations to ensure minimal disruption and maximum benefit to the organization.
Provide leadership and guidance in the development of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree in a relevant area is preferred., * Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management or a similar leadership role within the healthcare industry preferred.
Proven track record of successfully implementing IT strategies and systems that align with business objectives preferred.
Experience in managing large-scale IT projects and teams, including budget oversight and resource allocation.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards such as HIPAA., * Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse IT team.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly in high-pressure situations.
Proficient in strategic planning and execution, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency through technology.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of current IT trends, technologies, and best practices, particularly in the healthcare sector.
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive IT initiatives forward.
