Data QA Tester (ETL / SQL)

• Looking for a seasoned Data QA Tester with strong ETL testing experience
• Expert-level SQL skills are mandatory
• Experience validating enterprise data migration and ETL pipelines is required, Client is seeking an experienced Data QA Tester to support enterprise data modernization and migration initiatives. This role is responsible for validating data transformations, ETL pipelines, and large-scale migration activities to ensure complete data integrity, business rule compliance, and production readiness. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SQL, ETL testing, data validation, automated testing frameworks, and enterprise data warehouse environments while working closely with Business Analysts, Data Engineers, and business users throughout the testing lifecycle.

• 3 5 years of Data QA or ETL Testing experience
• Expert-level SQL
• ETL Testing
• Data Warehouse Testing
• Data Migration Testing
• Data Validation and Reconciliation
• STTM (Source-to-Target Mapping) Validation
• UAT Planning and Execution
• Test Automation Frameworks (dbt Tests, Great Expectations, or similar)
• AWS and Azure Data Platform validation
• Jira and Azure DevOps
• Data Quality Assurance
• Data Masking and PII Validation
• RBAC and Security Testing
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, or related quantitative field
