Sr. Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Senior Data Analyst with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our dynamic analytics team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and database management to drive insightful business decisions. You will work across multiple projects, utilizing advanced tools and methodologies to transform complex data sets into clear, actionable intelligence. Your contributions will empower stakeholders with robust dashboards, reports, and data models that support strategic growth and operational excellence., * Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports using Sales Force and Data Integration, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and other visualization tools to communicate key insights effectively.

• Design and implement scalable data models and databases, ensuring optimal performance for SQL databases such as PostgreSQL and Oracle.
• Conduct detailed data analysis using R, Python, Excel, and PostgreSQL to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes with tools like Talend and Bash scripts to ensure accurate data integration from diverse sources.
• Collaborate within Agile project management frameworks to plan, execute, and deliver analytics solutions aligned with business needs.
• Analyze the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to support the development of data-driven applications and reporting systems.
• Engage in database design activities and develop efficient queries for query management and data retrieval.
• Support business analysis by translating requirements into technical specifications and actionable insights.
• Facilitate data visualization efforts by creating intuitive dashboards that enable stakeholders to make informed decisions quickly.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics processes through technical proficiency in VBA, Visio, Linked Data integration, and analysis skills.

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role with a focus on business intelligence and analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Postgrey SQL programming, including query management and database design principles.
• Expertise with Sales Force tools such as Tableau or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience with R, Python, ETL tools like Talend or Bash scripting for data processing tasks.
• Knowledge of SDLC practices and Agile methodologies for project management.
• Familiarity with database systems including Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreySQL and Oracle; experience with database modeling is a plus.
• Ability to analyze large datasets using Excel data analysis techniques; VBA scripting is advantageous.
• Understanding of Linked Data concepts for integrating disparate data sources effectively.
• Excellent analysis skills combined with strong business acumen to interpret complex datasets into strategic insights.
• Effective communication skills for presenting findings through dashboards and reports tailored to diverse audiences.
