Data Center Technician - II

• Install, rack, and maintain physical servers and related hardware
• Perform BIOS configuration and hardware troubleshooting
• Handle Linux system tasks independently (Ubuntu preferred)
• Respond to incidents and outages (on-call support)
• Make on-site decisions and collaborate with remote engineering teams

This is a hands-on position for an experienced specialist ready to work independently in a production environment. You’ll work directly with physical servers, make informed decisions on the ground, collaborate with remote engineering teams, and play a key role in keeping our infrastructure running., * Solid experience with server hardware and troubleshooting

• Proficiency with Linux systems (Ubuntu preferred).
• Understanding of data centre operations: power, cooling, cabling
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of issues
• Ability to work on-site in Ashburn, VA
• Availability for on-call support
