Senior Backend Developer - 10+ Yrs - Cape Town (In office) - Haarlem

Requirements

Must have:

- This role requires full-time office presence in Cape Town. - 10+ years experience of relevant experience in Backend development - Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements - Collaborate with Frontend developers (team) in integrating user facing elements - Experience in microservices architecture and RESTful API services - Experience working in an English speaking environment - Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills - Experience in developing backend systems - Experience in one or more: Node.js, Java, Ruby, PHP, Python etc. - Ability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into a singular system - Knowledge of CI/CD practises - Familiarity working with Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
