Node.js Developer - Amersfoort

Requirements

Must have:

- We require 4+ years of relevant experience. - We require excellent knowledge of coding in Node.js, Javascript and/or Typescript. - We require experience in microservices architecture and RESTful API services. - We require experience working in an English speaking environment. - We work on a hybrid model, requiring 2–3 days per week in our Cape Town office. - We value knowledge of CI/CD practises practices. - We value understanding of frontend Javascript frameworks such as Angular, React, and Vue. - We value familiarity with TDD practices. - We value understanding of cross browser compatibility. - We value a basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms. - We value an analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills. - We value experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests. - We value experience optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Responsibilities:

• We develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements. - We collaborate with Frontend developers in integrating user-facing elements.
