Job description

Faith International Business Development Ltd is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Business Transformation to lead business improvement initiatives, support organisational change, and drive operational growth across the company. This role is ideal for a senior transformation leader who can assess business needs, improve processes, guide teams, and deliver practical strategies that strengthen performance, efficiency, and long-term business development.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead business transformation projects across operations, service delivery, and organisational development.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and business performance.
  • Review existing processes, systems, workflows, and structures to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Work with senior leaders, department heads, clients, and stakeholders to support transformation goals.
  • Manage transformation roadmaps, project timelines, budgets, risks, and delivery milestones.
  • Lead change management activities, staff engagement, training, and communication plans.
  • Monitor KPIs, performance results, project outcomes, and continuous improvement progress.
  • Prepare executive reports, business cases, transformation plans, and strategic recommendations.
  • Support business growth through improved systems, stronger operations, and scalable processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in business transformation, change management, business development, operations management, project management, management consulting, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous senior leadership or director-level experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of business strategy, process improvement, organisational change, and operational excellence.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects, stakeholders, deadlines, and competing priorities.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, project management tools, CRM systems, reporting platforms, and business analysis software.
  • Strong commercial awareness with a practical approach to transformation and business growth.
