Requirements

Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, 15+ years of experience commissioning complex building systems, including MEP infrastructure in mission-critical or high-availability environments (data centers, labs, etc.) 7+ years in a senior leadership role with ownership of teams, budgets, and strategic operations Deep technical expertise across HVAC, UPS, generators, BMS, switchgear, chillers, and medium-voltage systems CCP, CxA, or equivalent commissioning certification strongly preferred Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through high-pressure, deadline-driven project environments Strong executive presence - able to communicate clearly, build consensus, and influence senior stakeholders across internal and external organizations Familiarity with NEC, ASHRAE, NFPA, IEEE, and other applicable commissioning standards and codes Experience developing SOPs, QC protocols, and safety practices at a program or division level Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, or commissioning platforms (e.g., CxAlloy) a plus Multi-region or national delivery experience preferred Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering (or equivalent technical/military experience)
