Job description

  • Clinician-facing features: Build and improve the core workflows therapists use daily - patient management, therapy plan creation, progress tracking, and documentation
  • Content Studio: Contribute to our AI-powered content generation platform where therapists create personalized therapy materials using conversational AI interfaces
  • Architecture: Maintain and evolve a clean, performant, codebase both on the back- and frontend.
  • nyra ecosystem: Work on features that power nyra insights and deeply integrate with the patient-facing myReha therapy app.
  • Responsive and accessible design: Ensure the platform works reliably across browsers and devices, with attention to accessibility for clinical users
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Clinical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver polished features

Requirements

Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * AI-native workflow: You use AI tools daily as your default way of working and you write better code faster because of it. And you are able to build your own AI-based solutions.

  • Fullstack experience: 4+ years of professional fullstack web development
  • Modern stack fluency: Strong experience with our stack (Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, Node.js) is expected. Knowledge of Firebase and/or Postgres is a strong plus.
  • End-to-end delivery: Proven track-record of owning features from concept to deployment across frontend, backend, and data layers.
  • Systems awareness: You understand performance, data modeling, maintainability, and long-term architecture trade-offs.
  • Bonus: Experience with CI/CD, healthcare/medtech and/or AI-powered interfaces
