Job Role

• Lead operations, overseeing sales, stock management, customer service, and volunteer coordination.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain high standards of shop presentation.
• Support and motivate volunteers to achieve shop goals.
• Assist with stock rotation, pricing, and merchandising.
