Job Role
- Lead operations, overseeing sales, stock management, customer service, and volunteer coordination.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain high standards of shop presentation.
- Support and motivate volunteers to achieve shop goals.
- Assist with stock rotation, pricing, and merchandising.
