Job description
We’re looking for an outgoing, customer-focused 1st Line IT Support Analyst to join our support team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our staff and customers, helping people through technical problems over the phone, by email, and through our ticketing system.
This role is making sure people get fast, friendly help. As well as work from the UK office, you’ll also work independently some of the time, so you’ll need to be confident sorting things out on your own and know when to bring in the senior engineers. A majority of working pattern is in evenings and weekends,

- Supporting internal staff and external customers with day-to-day IT queries
- Escalating complex issues to senior engineers when needed
- Keeping accurate records of support requests and resolutions
