Job description
- Answer help desk calls, Monitor Help Desk portal, RMM systems.
- Helping clients with their day-to-day issues, mainly by providing telephone and remote support with some site visits to client sites on the occasions.
- Assist internal staff with various IT projects, new client on-boarding.
- Assist internal staff with 2nd-3rd line support tasks on internal Infrastructure, Data centre visits for hardware upgrades.
- take ownership of support cases from logging, troubleshooting through to resolution.
- maintain helpdesk documentations.

Requirements
you will need to be passionate about technology and have strong communication skills.
- Microsoft Windows Server technologies experience : Hyper V, AD/DNS/DHCP, Group policies and so on.
- Computer/Server hardware configuration, installation and troubleshooting.
- Microsoft 365 experience.
- Networking skills : manage/configure firewalls/routers/switches.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to multitask
- Previous experience of working in similar role for MSP is a plus.
- knowledge of Citrix technologies like Virtual APPS is a plus.
- knowledge of VOIP telephony is a plus.
Need to have:
- At least 2 year experience in an IT support environment
- A full UK drivers’ licence.
- Authorised to work in UK.
