Chief Technology Officer

We are seeking a highly technical, hands-on Chief Technology Officer to lead the technology vision, architecture, and execution of a fast-growing global SaaS platform. The ideal candidate is not only an experienced technology executive, but also a builder who still enjoys coding, architecting systems, solving complex technical problems, and driving product execution at a high level. The CTO will own the technology roadmap, lead engineering strategy, scale a multi-tenant SaaS platform, and drive AI innovation across the company’s technology stack. This person will work closely with executive leadership, product, sales, customers, and engineering teams to ensure the platform continues to scale, perform, and deliver measurable business value., a. Architect, build, and scale a secure, high-availability, multi-tenant enterprise SaaS platform. { SME with Microsoft .NET technologies, including ASP.NET and .NET Core.} b. Actively contributing to coding, architecture, technical design, and critical system components. c. Design & implement AI/ML-driven features, automation, and product enhancements/solutions. d. Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team. e. Identify, evaluate, and launch AI add-ons and innovation opportunities across the technology stack. f. Ensure platform performance, scalability, security, reliability, and global availability. g. Optimize development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and engineering best practices. h. Evaluate and improve cloud infrastructure, APIs, microservices, database performance, and overall system efficiency.

1. Prior SME interfacing with customers to understand real-world use cases, attend key meetings, and translate business needs into product and technical solutions including:

a. Partner with product leadership to shape the product roadmap and prioritize technical investments. b. Collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and executive leadership to align technology strategy with business growth.

1. Must have 10 yrs of experience owning & driving the full technology roadmap, system architecture, and scalability strategy inclusive of key areas such as, 3. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
2. Knowledge of hospitality industry is plus
