Requirements

Seeking a Sr. HR Data Insights Analyst with 2-4 years of People Analytics experience to develop dashboards, generate reports, manage surveys, and deliver executive-ready insights.

Requires advanced Excel, Looker, Workday Discovery Boards, PowerPoint, AI tool proficiency, strong data governance, audit compliance, documentation, and preferably SQL and HR data model expertise., * Can you describe your experience with People Analytics and HR reporting, including the dashboards you’ve built using Looker or Workday Discovery Boards?

  • What experience do you have using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot to automate reporting, analyze survey feedback, or improve data workflows?
  • Have you worked with HR data in Workday, including data validation, audit compliance, and ensuring data accuracy? Can you share an example?
