Requirements

Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional technical writing experience

  • 2+ years supporting IT operations or IT-related documentation

  • Experience creating and maintaining SOPs, work instructions, knowledge articles, technical manuals, operational procedures, and project documentation

  • Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and documentation

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Visio

  • Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and/or Waterfall methodologies is preferred

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Benefits & conditions

$30 - $35 an hour - Contract
