Epic Analyst

The Epic Analyst II (Build Analyst) is an Epic-certified expert responsible for the design, build, testing, and implementation of complex system configurations within the Epic Professional Billing (PB) ecosystem. This role requires a blend of deep technical mastery and sharp operational insight. You will act as a primary liaison between the technical team and revenue cycle operations, translating ambiguous business needs into streamlined, efficient system workflows.

As a senior-level contributor, you will independently lead high-impact projects, troubleshoot intricate system issues, and mentor junior team members, ensuring the application continuously supports organizational financial goals.

• Epic-certified expert who can design, build, and test, delivering independently or alongside other teams
• Epic Professional Billing certification required
• Lead-level experience in prior organizations, handling complex builds, issues, and new features
• Deep system expertise plus design and operational workflow understanding
• Able to partner with operations to map out unclear requirements and represent the PB team, * How much experience with - design, build, testing, and implementation of complex system configurations within the Epic Professional Billing (PB) ecosystem do you have? (5 years min)
• Lead-level experience in prior organizations, handling complex builds, issues, and new features - How much experience with this?
