• Strong expertise in designing, configuring, testing, and maintaining Epic applications with a minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience required
• Proven ability to lead system upgrades, troubleshoot interface issues, and manage complex project life cycles required
• Epic Hospital Billing Claims & Remittance Certification (Required).
• Excellent analytical skills to gather requirements, assess workflows, and develop optimized solutions.
• Competence in developing security protocols, testing scripts, and documenting procedures.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement, team mentorship, and training.
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams to meet tight deadlines and increasing demands.
