SAP HCM Technical Consultant (BIB & Infoporter)

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a SAP HCM Technical Consultant (BIB & Infoporter) to strengthen our SAP HR team. You will play a key role in designing, implementing and optimizing HR data integration and replication solutions across SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors landscapes. Working on in-ternational projects, you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver reliable, scala-ble and high-quality HR solutions for our clients.

As a SAP HCM Technical Consultant, you will:

• Configure and support employee master data replication using SAP Business Integra-tion Builder (BIB).
• Design, maintain and optimize integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM / ECP.
• Develop and maintain HR data extraction solutions using Infoporter.
• Support HR data migration activities, including extraction, transformation, validation and reconciliation.
• Produce functional and technical specifications.
• Execute testing phases (Unit, Integration and UAT).
• Participate in cutover, go-live and hypercare activities.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, integration specialists and business stakehold-ers.

We’re looking for professionals with experience in:

• SAP HCM (PA, OM, PY, TM)
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• SAP Business Integration Builder (BIB)
• SAP Infoporter
• Employee data replication
• HR Master Data & Infotypes
• Data migration and validation
• ABAP debugging
• Microsoft Excel
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI), Point-to-Point (PTP) Replication or Em-ployee Central Payroll (ECP) is a plus.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HRIS or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Hands-on experience with BIB and Infoporter.
• Experience supporting HR data migration and integration projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in French and English.
