SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

You will contribute to SuccessFactors implementation and rollout projects, mainly on the following modules:

• SuccessFactors Performance & Goals
• SuccessFactors Compensation
• SuccessFactors Variable Pay (nice to have)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Participate in and support SuccessFactors implementation projects
• Analyze client requirements and translate business needs into system solutions
• Design, prototype and configure Performance, Goals and Compensation modules
• Lead workshops with HR stakeholders, HRBP teams and business managers
• Prepare functional specifications and solution documentation
• Organize and execute testing activities, including UAT support
• Support data validation, deployment and go-live activities
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer workshops
• Provide post go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations
• Contribute to best practices and project methodology within Arago

You may also be involved in:

• Pre-sales activities and client demonstrations
• Development and evolution of Arago’s Talent Management offer
• Promotion of our expertise through internal or external events

Your profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, HRIS, Information Systems or related field
• Initial experience on SAP SuccessFactors projects
• Certified SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and/or Compensation is a strong asset
• Solid knowledge of Talent Management processes, especially performance review cycles, objective management and compensation planning
• Experience configuring Performance & Goals and/or Compensation
• Understanding of HR annual cycles (performance review, merit increase, bonus processes)
• Fluent French is mandatory
• English is required to work with international stakeholders
• Strong customer orientation and consulting mindset
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and planning abilities
• Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
