Requirements

Strong Salesforce Administration experience is required.
IT Project Management experience is highly preferred.
Tableau reporting/dashboard experience is a plus.
Candidate should be comfortable working independently and leading small technical initiatives., * IT Project Management experience.
Salesforce Administration and configuration.
Experience supporting enterprise business applications.
System maintenance, testing, and deployment coordination.
Tableau reporting and dashboard development.
Strong documentation and organizational skills.
Stakeholder and vendor management.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.

Preferred Skills

State Government or Public Sector experience.
Experience supporting Salesforce-based enterprise systems.
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or hybrid project methodologies.
Experience with business process improvements and system enhancements.
