Intermediate Systems Analyst

Client is seeking an experienced Intermediate Systems Analyst to support business teams across EOHHS, DHS, and HSRI. The role involves systems analysis, user acceptance testing (UAT), data validation, business process analysis, vendor coordination, and production support for enterprise Health & Human Services applications.

• Local within a 1-hour drive and a local DL copy as well
• Need LinkedIn with location
• Recent or recent second project must be in the current location
• Strong Systems Analysis, UAT, SQL, and Data Validation experience is required.
• Healthcare, Health & Human Services, or Government experience is highly preferred.
• Experience supporting Integrated Eligibility Systems is a strong plus., * 5 7 years of Systems Analysis experience.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Business Requirements Gathering and Documentation.
• Business Process Analysis and Gap Analysis.
• SQL and Data Validation.
• KPI Validation and Reporting.
• Data Analysis and Ad Hoc Reporting.
• System Design Sessions.
• Incident Management and Production Support.
• Vendor and Stakeholder Management.
• Integrated Eligibility Systems experience.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Tableau or other Data Visualization tools.
• Health & Human Services domain experience.
• Government or Public Sector experience.
• Case Management Systems.
• RI Bridges or similar Eligibility Management platforms.
• Process Flow Documentation and Use Case development., * Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (Preferred).
