Systems Administrator

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, supporting end users, improving systems, and ensuring that critical IT infrastructure remains secure, reliable, and operating at peak performance., Working closely with the IT Manager and broader IT team, you’ll support both day-to-day operations and long-term technology initiatives., * Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows servers, workstation operating systems, and related hardware

• Support an environment of 300+ workstations and numerous servers across local and remote locations
• Administer and support VMware, Citrix, Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365 environments
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, security patches, and system updates
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of business-critical IT services
• Provide technical support, including participation in an on-call rotation as needed
• Perform workstation deployments, user moves, equipment setup, and technology rollouts
• Assist with IT planning, process improvements, and technology initiatives
• Maintain backup, disaster recovery, and system documentation
• Promote security best practices and ensure compliance with internal IT policies
• Travel occasionally to support acquisitions, equipment deployments, and remote locations

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience and certifications
• 5+ years of systems administration or advanced technical support experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration, networking, virtualization, and cloud technologies
• Experience supporting medium to large enterprise environments

• Base salary: Up to $98,000
• 8% annual cash bonus opportunity
