Systems Administrator

We are seeking a Systems Administrator with experience managing enterprise infrastructure and leading cloud migration initiatives. This role will support on-premises and cloud environments while helping drive modernization efforts across the organization., * Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Citrix, Exchange 2019, Exchange Online, file servers, and remote access solutions.

• Support and maintain hybrid cloud environments.
• Lead infrastructure and cloud migration projects from planning through implementation.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity processes.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, maintenance, and security remediation.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams to deliver infrastructure projects.
• Provide occasional on-call support.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Systems Administration or Infrastructure Engineering experience.
• Strong experience with Active Directory, Windows Server, Citrix, and Microsoft technologies.
• Experience supporting Exchange hybrid environments.
• Hands-on experience migrating infrastructure and applications to the cloud.
• Experience with cloud platforms including:
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (preferred)
• Azure
• AWS
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience with disaster recovery, business continuity, and infrastructure security.
• Strong project management, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience leading enterprise cloud transformation initiatives.
• VMware or Hyper-V administration.
• Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Azure administration.
• PowerShell automation and scripting.
• Cloud, Microsoft, VMware, or security certifications.
