Help Desk Technician

• Provide hardware and software support for desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices
• Manage helpdesk tickets
• Ensure timely issue resolution and deliver excellent customer service to both local and remote employees
• Install and configure operating systems and software
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Manage and prioritize helpdesk tickets
• Communicate effectively with users on issues status.
• Maintain inventory and documentation of IT assets
• Support user accounts and system access
• Ensure compliance with security policies and software updates.

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• BA degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of desktop support experience
• Proficiency with Windows, linux, MacOS, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and VMware
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Customer service-oriented with ability to multitask
• Mechanical skills for hardware repair (preferred)
• Experience with multi-platform

$21 - $25 an hour - Temp-to-hire, Full-time, This is a Full Time Temp to Hire position

The schedule is Mon-Friday 7:30 am-4:00 pm

Pay for this position is $21.00-$25.00 DOE
