Computer Technician

• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across various platforms including Windows, and Mac OS.
• Respond to help desk tickets and resolve user inquiries in a timely manner.
• Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of local area networks (LAN) and firewall systems.
• Utilize ticketing systems to track issues and document resolutions.
• Communicate effectively with users to understand their technical problems and provide clear solutions.
• Perform regular system checks to ensure optimal performance and security of IT infrastructure.
• Provide technical support for both in office and onsite customer locations.
• Collaborate with other IT staff to implement upgrades and improvements to existing systems.
