Job description

  • As a Security Administrative Assistant , you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our security operations of one of our client sites. We are seeking someone who is computer savvy, can multitask, and is highly detail oriented. In addition to your administrative responsibilities, you must pass our guard training and be a backup for certain security operations. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and security tasks including but not limited to:

  • Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Order supplies and track inventory.
  • Create ID badges and maintain the badge database.
  • Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables and month-end reporting
  • Assisting with compliance reporting

Requirements

  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass background check/drug screen
  • Flexibility for working outside normal hours including weekends
  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.
  • A basic understanding of security operations and protocols is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Comfortable monitoring CCTV cameras and responding to security incidents.
  • Willingness to undergo security training and certification.
  • Ability to lift items up to 50lbs
