Job Skills / Requirements Security Badge Administrator - Westchase | Houston, TX 77042 $18.40/Hour | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Weekends Off United Protective Services is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-service-focused Security Badge Administrator to manage daily badge and access-control operations for commercial property. The ideal candidate has administrative experience, badging, strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines., * Issue, modify, renew, replace, and deactivate security badges.

• Assign the appropriate badge type and access level.
• Verify identification and authorization documents.
• Maintain accurate badge and access-control records.
• Monitor badge expirations and process renewals.
• Operate badge printers, scanners, cameras, and related equipment.
• Assist employees, tenants, contractors, visitors, and vendors with badge requests.
• Troubleshoot routine badge and access-control issues.
• Report access discrepancies and security concerns.
• Maintain confidentiality of personal and security-related information.
• Coordinate with Security, Facilities, and Property Management.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of administrative, clerical, or data-entry experience.
• Typing speed of 45-50 WPM with accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Security badge, credentialing, or access-control experience preferred.
